We had previously tried another mobile appraisal system which simply didn't work. We then tried Appraisal Solutions "MCA" software. As a system to operate and make staff follow a process I haven't seen a better program. It is tailor made to our industry and the day to day operation of how it works and I would recommend this system to anybody who wants to increase their closing ratios in sales.
After six months we have improved sales of new and used vehicles, increased our trade in ratio, developed a quality database of all appraisals to search through and reduced the mistakes made prior, saving the dealership lost income.
