This is an important and URGENT update that should take place no later than 2nd July. Please ensure all your iPads and phones have updated to the latest 2.155 Version by then. Leased iPad owners, this will done for you, but if for some reason over the next 24 hours this has not occurred please initially reboot your ipad and check or contact support@appraisalsolutions.com.au and we can assist.
After July 2nd there will no longer be a Redbook code created by the older version. We have upgraded and improved technology to deliver a higher recognition of the car during the appraisal process with the ability to edit it on the fly within the app resulting in a dynamic change in Redbook code delivering the correct Redbook code from the app all the way through to your DMS.
In addition you will now have registration image recognition using Artificial Intelligence. As well as we have increased the under net request to 80X
In the lite version the phone number is now Mandatory.
