We are extremely happy with the programme. 1 in 2 of the cars we have appraised since using the app we have traded.
The team have taken on the process really well and spending a good 10 to 15 minutes with them around their trades. The process has never been better.
One deal where the customers had 2 trades and were adamant another dealer offered them $15000 for the pair were happy to accept our offer of $7000 for
the both of them after we spent 20 minutes with the customer around their cars filling in the app.
The sales team has so far see the benefits and have grasped how it blends so much better into the process.
When the customer is involved we actually stay in control. When the customer is left in the showroom we lose the control for a crucial 5 to 10 minutes.
